EasyGadgets – Return & Refund Policy (India Dropshipping Model)

At EasyGadgets, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. As a dropshipping business, our products are sourced and shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Note: We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Minor differences in color/design (due to screen variations)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at skydigital1508@gmail.com

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If approved:

We will provide return instructions or arrange pickup (depending on supplier availability).

In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer / UPI (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

The product is returned in a used or damaged condition not caused by us.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Personal care items

Perishable goods

Items marked as “Final Sale”

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost:

    • Covered by us only if the product is defective or wrong

    • Otherwise, borne by the customer

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank/payment provider
