EasyGadgets – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EasyGadgets. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India under our dropshipping model.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days across India.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Your location

    • Supplier warehouse location

    • Courier partner availability

Note: As we operate on a dropshipping model, some products may be shipped from different suppliers, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to become active.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier companies

    • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

    • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

  • EasyGadgets will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery.

  • In some cases, the package may be returned to the supplier.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Partial Shipments

  • Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier or supplier.
